Privacy Policy
PulseDeck is an educational ECG practice app. We keep the data we hold to what the app needs to work: your account and your learning progress. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to advertisers.
What we collect
- Account — your email address and a password hash. Plaintext passwords are never stored.
- Learning progress — XP, streak, spaced-repetition state, answers, badges, and league membership.
- Social, if you use it — username, friends, groups, and challenge scores.
Why we collect it
To sign you in, sync your progress across devices, run groups and weekly leagues, and keep the service reliable. That is the whole list.
We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and the app contains no advertising or tracking SDKs.
Keeping and deleting
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete the account yourself in the app: Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — account data is removed from our servers and cannot be restored.
Children
PulseDeck is built for adults in medical education. It is not directed at children under 13.
